  • No-show policy: A no-show is if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or if you contact us after your scheduled appointment has begun. If you no-show you will be charged $100 to your card on file.  If your card is declined you must pay 100% of the service for any missed appointments before scheduling future appointments.  If you no-show 2 time you will no longer be able to book future appointments.  


  • Late arrivals: If you are late you will be subject to a shorter appointment.  If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge you 100% of your appointment. 


  • 24-hour cancellation and sick policy: If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. If you cancel within 4 hours of your appointment you will be charged 100% of your appointment. If you are sick with an infectious or contagious illness or have a family emergency please call us as soon as possible to reschedule.  For your safety and that of the staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointment sick. We understand some situations are unavoidable, if you have a concern please contact us. 


  • Deposits: $100 non-refundable deposit might be required for services


  • Lashes from other salons: If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, there may be the possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed and put back on properly. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension training, certifications and state board regulations, there are a lot of lash artists that have been improperly trained and our priority is your natural lash health and eye safety. Thus, if you want to book for a touch up from another lash artist, then you need to come in for a consultation prior to any services being booked.  

  • Previously tattooed eyebrows: We require an in-person consultation prior to any services being booked.  


  • Special occasions: we recommend getting lashes 3 weeks prior to any special event to be able to make adjustments to your lash design and to make sure you do not have an allergic reaction. We do not recommend getting any cosmetic tattoo within 4 to 6 weeks of a special occasion due to healing time. 


  • Refund policy: You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON ON SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.  If you are unhappy with a service, you must contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. If the problem is due to a faulty product or application an acceptable resolution will be provided. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.  

  • COVID-19: If you are feeling sick, have a temperature higher than 100 degrees, or have traveled to any hot-spots for the virus, please cancel as soon as possible to avoid the spread of the virus.
